No one ever answers the phone, recording after recording after recording. You just lost anew patient and mywife ischanging clinics,too. Customer service isnon-existent. 10/26/2022Follow-up— amonth after aconsult was sent someone finally called but Ialready had anappt with another clinic.

There was aline for new the patients number that our phone service had routed tosection without aphone. Thank you for bringing this toour attention and ithas been fixed. Ifthere ever isa problem, call the main number 501-666-3666. Ifyou donot get ananswer, ifyou leave amessage, one ofour staff will call you bythe end ofthe work day orthe next morning. Our staff isreturning calls/messages when they are not assisting people that are inour clinic. There isnot away tocapture your number ifyou donot leave amessage. The ladies behind the windows are sonice tothe patients and they seem tounderstand usso well. Itis not always easy tobe polite and cheerful with the pressures oflife always present from home and the work place but they manage itwell They treated melike Iwas someone special. You are atthe top ofyour game too because you uncovered alifethreatening issue and Ithank you and your team for coming tothe plate and hitting agrand slam forme. Due toyour efforts mylife was spared. The receptionist Jeri that checked mein was the sweetest. Also doctor assistance was very kind and caring. Now doctor Thrasher was the greatest. Heexplained everything tome indetail. Ihighly recommend doctor Thrasher toanyone who isa diabetic.

One ofthe worst experiences i’vehad. Iwas diagnosed with Hashimoto’s atmy General Practitioners and was giving areferral tohere. Igo and meet with their assistant and they told meI needed tobe onthe same level ofmedication even though Iwas having terrible symptoms and Ididn’t feel listened toatall. They tested mefor adrenal insufficiency but Inever received myresults back soafter calling several times over afew days Ifinally got ananswer and all they told mewas the levelswere conflicting and Iwould need another type oftest tomake sure. They told methey would reach out when they wanted todo the test and they never called back. Ifyou want tofeel heard and actually get results, I’d recommend somewhere else.… – show

For myinitial visit, Iwas greated bya wonderful receptionist!! She was sooo sweet!! Iwas then called back immediately byanMA, Leslie. Leslie was sonice and she listen toeverything that Ihad tosay. Iwas then met byaPA. Ruth ClemmonsPA, was very educational and explained everything very wonderfully. She explained everything with different examples for meto better understandher. I absolutely enjoyed myvisit today. Neely (hope Ispell her name correctly) was patient, kind, listened, allowed meto share mythoughts and concerns and overall showed compassion and care. After months offeeling blah, Ileft there feeling hopeful. Thank you tothis wonderful team and office. She was knowledgeable inwhat myconcerns were and inher plan oftreatment. This was myfirst visit, Iwas impressed. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The PAI saw was sensitive tomy condition and needs. She took the time toexplain mytest results, mycondition and plan ofaction. She was patient and answered all ofmy questions. I’m thankful Iwas referred there and feel like Ihave received another chance atlife. THANKYOU!!!
